Cardiovascular Training

When done properly, burns calories during training and for several hours thereafter.

Nutrition

Eating the proper amount of nutrient rich foods in the proper ratio, 5-6 times per day helps build and maintain fat-burning lean muscle tissue and boosts your metabolism to keep your body burning fat around the clock.

Recovery and Stress Management

Often the most overlooked aspect of fat loss, adequate recovery (primarily sleep) and stress management are absolutely essential to prevent your body from releasing catabolic hormones that destroy muscle and promote fat storage.
